The first LaidoffCamp Phoenix was actually in Gilbert (August 2009). Then, LaidOffCamp Phoenix moved to Chandler (April and October 2010, and April 2011).
LaidOffCamp SW Valley was introduced in Avondale in August 2011.
Then LaidOffCamp Tucson in November 2011.
As LaidOffCamp here in Arizona has grown, we find we’ve outgrown our website(s).
Welcome to LaidOffCampAZ!
This site will serve as a “hub” site for any and all LaidOffCamp Events throughout the state — currently LaidOffCamp Chandler (formerly LaidOffCamp Phoenix), LaidOffCamp Tucson, and LaidOffCamp SWValley. Each area, will have site connected to this one, where its organizers will offer information about events, resources for jobseekers, etc. As more LaidOffCamp events get up and running around the state (as we hope they will), we’ll add their links here.
The LaidOffCampAZ site will aggregate the events from the individual locations, offer general information about LaidOffCamp, and provide its own resources that aren’t connected to any particular geography. You’ll easily be able to find upcoming events, in your area or around the state, and find links to each area’s own LaidOffCamp website for specifics.
